    Dharamjeevi Institute of Professional Education offers B.Ed. degree courses. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, and located at a comfortable distance from the township, in a peaceful, serene and inspiring environment, amidst agricultural fields. The surroundings added by the experienced staff, make it a refreshing experience of study. The staff is totally dedicated to their work and take great pains in instilling academic as well as moral values amongst students who take up the course.

    All Facilities are provided to them, including a large Library, stacked with all the books of the syllabus they are supposed to cover, plus Educational Journals and Magazines. The library is totally computerized, with all the entries done digitally, like number of the books issued and renewed or returned. The library is open to them for reference 24 hours, five days a week. It is big enough to accommodate 50 students at a time, with comfortable chairs and tables added with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There is an Information, Computer and Technology lab., where there are 15-17 computers in working condition and students can sit together, two on each one, so that they can together work on them, with the help of the Computer Instructor to supervise and help them, where and when required. In the Computer room is software, for teaching of ‘Spoken English’, providing them with Microphones and Headphones, so that the students can listen to the words and repeat them, when the English teacher is supervising them to learn ‘how to speak and pronounce the words correctly’.

    There is a Smart Class, where the students can learn to operate on an Over-Head Projector, an LCD Projector plus a Smart T.V., which can be used to deliver lectures with the help of pictures and written material. Thus the students are taught to teach with the black-board writing as well as by developing C.D.’s, pen-drives, etc. Besides, there are separate Psychology lab., Social Science lab., Life-Science lab. and Sports lab., which are all fully equipped with all kinds of gadgets, charts, instruments, facilities and materials required for the purpose.

    There is a Seminar hall, with the sitting capacity of fifty, with mic and recorder fitted, for the purpose of Lectures to be delivered on various topics, by eminent people from the Department of Education or other departments. There is a large Conference hall, with a capacity of 300-350 students, with a well-developed stage and Microphones fitted.

    There are fields, play-grounds and lot of open space for the students to sit and play outside the building, to pursue sports activities, besides indoor games provided to them in the Girls’ Common Room and the Boys’ Common Room, given to them separately. There are clean and separate Wash rooms for the boys and girls.

    There are enough maids and men employed to keep the college building clean and work-ready for staff and students. There is facility of a Canteen in the college, where students can order refreshments and food. There is a bus and a Tata magic Van for the facility of transporting the students and the staff from the Institute to the town. There is also provision of a hostel. The students coming from out-station can reside in the accommodation provided to them in these hostels with minimal charges and expense.
